Customs General Administration in collaboration with the Trade related assistance to Mongolia of the European Union successfully organized an advanced workshop on AEO on 17-19 September 2019. The workshop covered topics including application, validation, evaluation, assessment and inspection. The workshop was attended by 25 customs officers from 8 regional customs. The first day of the training covered international best practices and international documents and guidelines conducted by Vladimir Pisar, an expert from Slovakia. The subsequent two days of the workshop was run by the Customs Risk Management Division based on the WCO documents. Additionally, the participants visited APU LLC, a company that has applied for an AEO status.
