The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency and Trade Related Assistance for Mongolia project (TRAM) jointly organized a public-private dialogue on "Export policy and cluster development" on May 21, 2021, at MFA. The discussion is organized to clarify cluster policies and regulations in implementing the "Vision-2050" long-term development policy and the Government's Action Plan 2020-2024 to increase exports.
Currently, there are sea buckthorn, cosmetics, baby camel and yak wool, yak leather, pine nuts, and mushrooms clusters in Mongolia, and some cluster products have been successfully exported. In order to ensure this success and ensure the sustainability of the cluster, The Mongolian Export Cluster Network NGO was established in March 2021 under the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
