In April 2020, TRAM project supports MNCCI for printing of 2 leaflets - Force Majeure and Supervision of Export and Import of Goods. 

According to the Law on the MNCCI, the chamber has entitled to issue respective certificates on Force Majeure and Hardship for companies. Then these documents become the justification in case of failure to execute the contract obligations.

The MNCCI as an independent organization has by law the right to investigate export and import goods and check their quality and quantity. If a company received goods from abroad damaged during transportation, then the MNCCI can issue a certificate after it verified the damage, determined the cause and extent of the damage. These Certificates are very important documents for the insurance companies.
